The Snappy Shack was created completely unintentionally,... we were fitting out our new paddleboard shop and went into town to grab some quality light lunch.
We went on the hunt for a decent toastie but all that was available was the usual pre-packed guff from the usual suspects, who mass produce in every high street.
We'd spent 8 quid each on somthing we didn't really want and questioned what what the fu$k we were we doing!!!
Sooooooo a month later we'd converted the kitchen at the back of the shop into a street food style unit opening out into the side alley and named it "The Snappy Shack"
The feedback has been absolutely nutzzzz!!! and we're being recognised as a place people are choosing to come to,...for their light lunch,... in fact, get this,... people have specifically visited us from all over the country just to get our "Amigo" toastie,...

Bonkers really, ,... especially as it wasn't a planned part of our business.
Bailey runs this side of the business, its affectively his shack,... we're different to most family businesses,...we don't fit into a mainstream life and we're happy creating and carving our own path outside the system of the norm.
If we're gonna do something, we'll do it with bucket loads passion!!!
